It not only allows the employees of companies from different regions to ‘let their hair’ down during this down period. It also helps to connect them and they can work on their teamwork and communication skills too.
Lots of coordination, communication and trust is needed in this game. There is a ‘Story-Line’ tagged to this programme so that at the end of the activity, the truth will be presented to each and every participant to make them understand what they were told to do makes sense. At the end of it all, a positive message will be spread by the participants to share with the world too!
