Pirates of the Carribbean – In Search of the Black Pearl is a creative and fun company teambuilding programme where we can see the creativity juices overflowing from every employees during the programme. Their acting skills may have to be put to good use in order to gain more points for their team mates in order to win the ‘Black Pearl’ Award!
Scenario: After experienced one terrifying storm, all the pirates from different tribes had lost their pirate ships to the ferocious sea. They were all swept to a mysterious island. However, on this island, there were lots of ferocious and hungry creatures that were eyeing them! They feed on human flesh! Since all the Pirates are now ‘shipless’, they have to quickly build themselves a functional ‘Black Pearl’ to get themselves out of the dire situation they were in. As all were being pushed by desperation to get out from this island, the Pirates have not choice, but to embark on a mission to build their own ‘Black Pearl’ on their own terms!!
End of the day, every boat will be unique as participants have to put on their creative hats to design their “Dream Boat”. However, the boat must function as good as it looks too! The group can make use of the remaining materials to make an additional boat within the stipulated time.
