Typically, our events last anywhere from 1.5 to 8 hours. Depending on the nature of the event, a full-fledged team building day could last up to 8 hours consisting of a mix of activities, while a virtual engagement programme could be completed in 1.5 to 2 hours usually. It also depends on the group size too. It’s good to give Happy Sparrow a call to find out what kind of duration is suitable for what kind of programme for what kind of group size too!
E.g. A typical Indiana Jones Adventure Race/ Amazing race (in person activity) takes 3 to 4 hours on average whereas a Virtual Indiana Jones/ Amazing Race Virtual Engagement Programme (Virtual activity) will take around 1.5 to 2 hours.

Well, as long as you have furnished Happy Sparrow’s the Who, What, Where, When and How, he will be able to generate a customized proposal for you that very day! Yes! You heard it right! You will get the proposal as fast as within that very day!
Largely, it will depend on the complexity & scale of event. Ideally, we advise all clients to provide our team a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice for a highly customised team-building event. We understand the need to be speedy, but at the same time – we are very conscious not to compromise our high standards of service quality & event experience. We are confident in our vision that small details can go a long way when it comes to exemplary event experience.
Happy Sparrow will normally arrange for a non obligatory meet up with the organizers to let them to ‘experience’ what they are signing up for. For Virtual Engagement programmes, Happy Sparrow may even let them experience it for themselves before they sign on the quotation. It’s on Him! Based on your inputs, he will fine tune the programme and eventually come up with a detailed proposal with timeline of every elements stipulated within the proposal, for your consideration. Once we have ironed out the details, we will prepare a service agreement for endorsement by your side, and thereafter planning of the activity will commence with immediate effect.
